Coaching & Therapy:
Welcome to my Website and your Healing Journey
Reaching out for help with life’s problems can be challenging, confusing and intimidating. Thoughts such as “It’s not that big a deal,” “I should be able to work through this on my own,” and “Everyone has issues,” can stop you from acting. Perhaps you criticize yourself for expecting too much or for not appreciating what you have. Negative thoughts, such as these, stand in the way of reaching for your dreams.
High stress levels, lack of focus, procrastination, irritability, frustration, physical pain, and chronic illnesses can all arise from camouflaged emotional pain. In our work together, we will gently search for, identify, and deal with your hidden emotional wounds.
My approach is based on:
Years of experience in healthcare
“Focusing on Behavioral Health & Integrative Medicine, I developed
insight into how the mind communicates through the body.
A search for Innovative strategies.
My awareness of the limitations of conventional treatments fueled my
exploration of complementary and alternative methods which can be
integrated with standard Western medicine.
Best Practices Approach
Somatic Experiencing, Energy Psychology, Trauma-informed care and Life Coaching skills provide the framework for some of the tools we will use in our work together.
What is the difference between Coaching and Therapy?
Coaching is focused on helping you identify and pursue your desired outcomes, such as career advancement, relationship improvement, or lifestyle enhancement.
Therapy is focused on helping you heal and cope with emotional or psychological issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or grief that can interfere with achieving your goals.
Coaching is generally forward looking whereas therapy looks to the past to identify and resolve blocks holding you back. Combing these methods, brings you the best of both worlds.

Difficulties in Life are Normal
A well-known Buddhist phrase says it this way, “Have compassion for all beings, rich and poor alike; each has their suffering.”
It is not our problems or challenges that define our lives but rather how we learn from them that determines our life’s path. Your life can be a continuous path of growth and change.
"Your life does not get better by chance; it gets better by change.” — Jim Rohn.
Each person and each situation is unique and yet there are common underlying response patterns. Working together, I can help you develop more effective responses to your circumstances.
